I feel like I’m in a creative rut.
I’m not motivated to paint or draw, and even when I do feel like getting out my art supplies, I’m unsure what to do with them.
After some serious introspection, I’ve realized that I’m not cut out to be an entrepreneur. I’m good at directing work and starting projects, but following through isn’t my strong suit.
Is that a bad thing? I feel like I need some redirection.
While watching one of Phil Davies’ YouTube videos, I came across an ad for his new program, SketchAwesome, and my curiosity was piqued. SketchAwesome helps people enjoy sketching while exploring different media and subjects. Although it’s not specifically designed to create a daily sketching habit, you can use it that way since one of the program’s goals is to fill a sketchbook.
The program lasts for a year, with new pre-recorded lessons released each week that I can watch anytime. It feels like a step in the right direction and would really help with decision fatigue.
